At Fix-It 24/7 we DO NOT charge by the hour, we charge by the job. This works out to the benefit of the homeowner. You won’t be charged any additional fees if your technician has to leave to get parts or is taking longer than intended.
While we enjoy affording our clients flexibility, at this time we only bill clients who have an existing account with us. Billing after the fact would cause increased expenses and overhead, which would translate to higher rates, and we don’t want that.
