After working for Fix-It 24/7’s owner in California for 5 years, Alex H. and his family moved to Colorado to join the team here at Fix-It 24/7.
“It’s been a great experience ever since,” he said. “This is a great place, with a lot of culture, and I really enjoy working here.I love to work here because the ‘F’ in Fix-It stands for family and they really stand behind that.”
Along with his positive attitude, Alex brings a level of customer-focused energy that motivates others and keeps customers coming back to Fix-It 24/7.
“Customer service means to me [that we] provide excellent service before, during, and after any experience for a customer,” Alex said. “Just going above and beyond for every customer.”
With a family of his own, Alex understands how hectic life can get. When emergencies come up at inconvenient times, he understands that being there for the customer is priority number one.
“We’re really 24/7,” he said. “I was out, actually last night, past midnight. If you call, and it’s 2 a.m., your heater’s out – we’re there, someone’s there to answer the phone 24/7.”
