April Employee of the Month - Keith S.
Here at Fix-It, we’re proud to say that our employees are the best of the best in the industry. We’d like to highlight one of those employees each month not only to shed light on our all-star staff, but to also introduce customers to the expert techs working in their homes.
Keith has been in the plumbing industry for more than two decades. Today, he is a Master Plumber at Fix-It and has been with the company since May of 2018. He’s worked at various companies throughout his career, and says that Fix-It stands out among the rest.
“A lot of different companies I’ve worked for tend to run on a script,” he said. “Where here we’re allowed to be on a professional level as individuals and I think that’s a great atmosphere to operate on.”
Keith also understands and fosters the family mentality we rely on here at Fix-It.
“All of the employees working here are very knowledgeable, they’re all willing to help out on the drop of a dime,” Keith said. “We all look out for one another.”
Not only is Keith important to our staff, our customers rave about his outstanding service, too.
“Keith is very good at explaining what issues there might be,” Linda R. said about her experience with Keith. “He is also very knowledgeable. I plan to use (Fix-It’s) services again when needed.”
It’s no surprise our customers are happy with Keith’s work. His view of customer service shows that he is dedicated to fixing the problem in your home and making sure that you’re 100 percent satisfied with your Fix-It experience.
“Customer service means to me that we’re here to take care of the customer and to take care of their immediate problem,” Keith said. “We are not a company that sells for the sake of selling. We look for the actual problem and fix that problem right off the bat.”
